Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is central to our mission. This policy details the terms under which you can return or exchange an item purchased from Jbel El Habib Women's Craft Cooperative.
1. Return Window
You have three (3) calendar days from the date you receive your package to notify us of your intention to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy the following criteria:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
- Item must include original packaging and intact tags.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation number.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or different from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will replace or refund the product at zero extra expense to you.
4. How to Return an Item
Contact customer care via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Our support staff will provide return instructions and destination details.
5. Refund Methods
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. For Cash on Delivery purchases, refunds are processed via bank transfer or mutually agreed payment channel within 5 to 7 business days.
