These Terms define the contractual relationship between the Cooperative and any person who visits the Site or purchases a product offered on it.

It applies to all orders placed on the website, by phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel officially provided by the cooperative.

No contrary or special condition proposed by the customer may be applied without obtaining prior written consent from the cooperative.

In principle, access to the site is available at any time. However, the Cooperative may temporarily suspend all or part of the Site for maintenance, updating, security, or any other technical reason.

We strive to maintain accurate information and regular operation of the Site, without being able to guarantee continuous, permanent or error-free availability.

The User is responsible for his equipment, Internet connection and protection of his devices when accessing the Site.

All products offered are handmade by women artisans in northern Morocco. Slight variations in size, color shade, or finishing highlights the authenticity and singular value of genuine craft work.

Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including all applicable taxes (TTC). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, provided products are billed at rates active upon order placement.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers are valid during the indicated period and within the limits of available stock. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are not cumulative.

To place an order, the customer must in particular:

• Select the desired product(s).
• Check the contents of your order.
• Provide complete, accurate and valid contact information.
• Choose the delivery method and available payment method.
• Acknowledgment of these Terms and associated policies.
• Confirm the order permanently.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Cooperative cannot be held liable for any delay, failure to deliver, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable phone number.

Confirmation can be sent via email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other appropriate means. A call can also be made to verify the order, address, or customer availability.

Receipt of an order on site does not constitute final acceptance when further verification is required.

A cooperative may reject, suspend or cancel the application in particular in the following cases:

• The product is out of stock or out of stock.
• Delivery information is incomplete, incorrect, or impossible to verify.
• Unable to reach the customer to confirm the order.
• Suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or misuse of the Site.
• Previously repeated requests were rejected or not refunded without legitimate reason.
• A clear error regarding the product's price, description, or availability.
• An order intended for unauthorized resale or placed in abnormally large quantities.

When payment has already been received for a canceled order by the cooperative, the amount in question will be refunded according to the appropriate method.

Available payment methods are indicated upon request. These services may include, in particular, cash on delivery and, when activated on the Site, electronic payment by credit card.

As part of payment on delivery, the customer is obligated to be accessible, receive the package and pay the total amount indicated to the carrier in accordance with the means accepted at the time of delivery.

For electronic payments, transactions are processed by secure payment providers. The Cooperative cannot access the complete banking data entered directly with these service providers.

The customer guarantees that he is authorized to use the specified payment method.

Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer upon request. Service areas, applicable fees, and estimated delivery times are specified on the Website or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are provided as an estimate. It may vary depending on the city, accessibility of the address, periods of high activity, weather conditions, holidays, or any event outside our control.

The customer must check the apparent condition of the package at the time of receipt. In the event of a damaged, opened, incomplete package or visible anomaly, it is recommended to immediately report it to the delivery person and contact the cooperative as soon as possible, with photos if possible.

Customers have 3 days from delivery to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Any amount will be refunded after receipt and verification of the returned product, unless another transaction is expressly agreed upon with the customer.

For orders settled upon delivery, the amount can be refunded via bank transfer or by any other means agreed upon with the customer.

For electronically paid orders, refunds can be made via the original payment method when technically possible.

Return costs may remain the customer's responsibility when he exercises his right of withdrawal without a defect in the product. It is supported by the cooperative when the return is due to a preparation error or a known defect attributed to the product.

All site content including text, product photography, logos, and designs are exclusive property of Jbel El Habib Women's Craft Cooperative. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

The User agrees not to use the Site in order to:

• Committing an illegal, fraudulent act or violating the rights of a third party.
• Transferring viruses, malware, or any content that could potentially disrupt the Site.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers, accounts, databases or systems associated with the Site.
• Collect or use data from other users without permission.
• Copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit the content of the Site without prior permission.
• Intentionally giving false orders or communicating incorrect information.

The Cooperative may restrict or suspend User Access in the event of abusive, fraudulent, or conduct that violates these Terms.

When a customer voluntarily sends a review, photo, testimonial or comment to the co-op it ensures that such content is honest, legal and does not violate the rights of any third party.

No content containing personal data that is defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, obscene, threatening or revealing to a third party may be published or transmitted.

Any public use of a certificate, recognizable image or personal content for commercial purposes is subject to the necessary permissions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The provision in question will be interpreted or replaced to the extent necessary in order to comply as much as possible with its original purpose and applicable legislation.

These terms are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in the city of Tetouan or Tangier in the Kingdom of Morocco.
